喜讯｜GND杰地再获三项国际大奖

近日，2020悉尼设计大奖（Sydney Design Awards）和2020法国NDA设计奖（Novum Design Award）相继公布获奖名单，GND杰地凭藉卓越的设计理念再添三项新荣誉。

GND杰地设计作品万科麓山Vanke Hill City、万科客家文化客厅Vanke · Hakka Culture Exhibition Plaza双双荣膺2020悉尼设计大奖国际景观类别银奖Landscape Design – International Silver。

不仅如此，万科麓山Vanke Hill City在2020法国NDA设计奖中斩获城市规划&景观设计类别金奖Urban Planning and Landscape Design – Golden。

此次获奖是GND杰地今年继德国IF设计大奖 IF design award、伦敦杰出房地产大奖 Outstanding Property Award、美国缪斯设计大奖 Muse design award、巴黎DNA设计大奖 DNA Paris design awards、德国标志性设计奖 ICONIC AWARDS、墨尔本设计奖 MELBOURNE Design Awards 等7大国内外权威大奖的13个奖项之后，GND杰地再次在世界舞台上获得认可，一举斩获2020悉尼设计大奖Sydney Design Awards-双银奖 & 2020法国NDA设计奖Novum Design Award -金奖。

悉尼设计大奖

Sydney Design Awards由汇聚了来自世界各地的75000多名创意人士的全球创意平台DRIVENxDESIGN主办，旨在表彰具有无限创意、锐意创新的设计作品，与New York Design Awards 、London Design Awards、Berlin Design Awards、Hong Kong Design Awards等奖项共同组成了备受瞩目的DRIVENxDESIGN AWARDS全球大奖。

法国NDA设计奖

Novum Design Award向世界范围征集具有领先设计理念与卓越质量的作品。所集结的作品会交由NDA评审委员会，依据作品质量、技术性、设计认证和设计分数等严格的评分标准进行裁定，最终将颁发70个奖项，为杰出的设计者与优秀作品提高国际能见度。

项目概述

项目位于银湖山麓，坐拥得天独厚的自然生态资源。是深圳万科打造的集地铁与路网交通、三大公园、万科品牌物管等配套于一体的低密宜居社区。大区景观设计深入解读城市与建筑关系，从生态、礼仪、流线、空间等角度构思主题，以多维视角塑造复合共生景观。

This project, located at the foot of the Yinhu Hill, is a lowdensity residence community of unique natural ecological resources. Developed by Vanke Shenzhen, it boasts the convenience of metro and road network, three parks and Vanke brand property management service. The regional landscapedesign goes deeply into the relationship between the city and architecture, conceiving the theme from the perspectives of ecology, etiquette, streamlineand space, to create a composite symbiotic landscape in a multi-dimension alangle.

项目概述

GND在本案景观设计中，从岭南文化及建筑作为切入点将新旧融合。将乡村聚落、农耕田园、民俗文化等元素注入到设计的细节当中。守护这些濒临被遗忘的岭南文化遗产，希望它们在经历了风月的摧残之后，依然能够焕发新的容颜，并且能够让更多的人得以走进其中，领略传统文化之魅力，感受地道岭南风情。

In the landscape design of this project, GND has merged the new and oldwith the Lingnan culture and architecture as the entry point. Elements such asrural villages, farmlands, gardens, and folk culture are injected into thedesign details. Our designers are committed to protect these endangered andenduringly forgotten Lingnan cultural heritage and expect that they will still take on a new look after going through the ravages of time to allow more people to appreciate the charm of traditional culture, and experience the authentic Lingnan style.
